  • 800g 2% cottage cheese (28.2 oz)
  • 100g 1/3 fat cream cheese (3.53 oz)
  • 150g milk (5.29 oz)

  • 672g pasta, cooked to 50% (23.7 oz)

🧂Spices & Seasonings(4)

  • 1 tsp black pepper (5 ml)
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne (2.5 ml)
  • 2 tsp onion powder (10 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon salt (15 ml)

📦Other(3)

  • 14oz (400g) can of fire roasted tomatoes (397 g)
  • 80g of green chiles (3 tablespoons) (2.82 oz)
  • 120g red enchilada sauce (4.24 oz)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

    Dice the onions and peppers and toss those in the oven to roast.

    Add diced chicken, red enchilada sauce, green chiles, garlic purée, fire roasted tomatoes, and the seasoning blend.

    Add in your roasted vegetables, and cook based on the instructions.

    Once the chicken's done cooking, pour over half cooked pasta and then pour over the blended cheese sauce.

    Mix until well combined, then cover for another 15 to 20 minutes to let the sauce thicken.

    Divide into 10 equal sized containers and store in the freezer.
