- 1 teaspoon of parsley (5 ml)

- copious amount of mozzarella
- 1/4 cup of shredded parm (60 ml)

- 1 baguette or large loaf of bread
- 1/4 cup of olive oil (60 ml)

- 1 teaspoon of salt (5 ml)

- 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes (5 ml)

Set your oven to 400°F.

In a big bowl, combine 2 softened sticks of butter, 1 teaspoon of parsley, 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes, 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of shredded parm, 5 to 7 minced cloves of garlic, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix well.

Take a baguette or large loaf of bread and cut it in half lengthwise.

Line a pan with parchment paper and spread half of the mixture on one side of the bread and the other half on the other side.

Put the bread in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the edges are slightly golden brown.

While it's baking, shred mozzarella and thinly slice the ronis.

After 14 minutes, take the bread out and turn the broiler on high.

Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each side, cover with mozzarella, and add the ronis.

Place it 6 inches away from the broiler and watch closely, it may only take about 30 seconds to finish.

Once the cheese is melted and slightly browned, remove from the oven.
