  • 400g Fat Free Cottage Cheese (14.1 oz)
  • 120g 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese (4.24 oz)
  • 170g Fat Free Greek Yogurt (6 oz)

  • 500g Jasmine Rice (uncooked weight) (17.6 oz)

  • 2 Packets of Taco Seasoning

  • 1/2 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo
  • 20g pickled Jalapeños (0.71 oz)

    Add 4 pounds of chicken breast to your crock pot.

    Add 2 packets of taco seasoning, 1/2 cup of chipotles in adobo, and 1/2 cup of chicken broth. Mix together and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.

    Once the chicken is almost done, set it aside and cook 500 grams of jasmine rice.
