Pour the mixture into a thick-bottomed non-stick pan and cook, stirring constantly for 8-10 minutes until it becomes more compact and forms a malleable ball.

You can leave it plain or add chili, chopped nuts, pepper, truffle aroma, or any other ingredients at this stage. Let it cool for 10 minutes, then place the caciotta in an oiled glass container with a lid.
