- 5 garlic
- 1 tbsp pepper cons (15 ml)
- 7 to 9 Shallots
- 1 medium size tomato
- Water

- Coriander leaves
- Coriander Stems
- Salt

- 100g horse gram (3.53 oz)
- 1 tsp jeera (5 ml)

Soak horse gram overnight.

Take a kadai, preheat on medium flame and add the soaked horse gram.

Dry roast it for 10 mins on low medium flame.

Now take a cooker and add all the ingredients.

Whistle for 7 times on high medium flame.

Switch off the flame and keep it aside and then open it.

Strain it and keep the water aside.

Now, transfer all these ingredients into a plate and let it come to room temperature.

Transfer all ingredients into a mixer jar.

Blend it into a nice paste.

Transfer into a saucepan along with the cooked water.

Add some salt and mix all on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
