Bruise two stalks of lemongrass.

Heat a saucepan and add two tablespoons of oil.

Add the sliced red pepper and garlic to the pan and sauté for two minutes.

Add seven tablespoons of oyster sauce, four tablespoons of ginger syrup, four tablespoons of brown sugar, two tablespoons of fish sauce, and 100 milliliters of water to the pan.
