- 1 sweet lemon or 2 sour lemons

- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey (30 ml)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil (30 ml)

- 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce (60 ml)

Start the marination 30-60 minutes before eating. Salmon needs to marinate for no more than 15-30 minutes.

Juice the lemon into a bowl. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl.

Mix the remaining ingredients. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of thyme to the lemon juice and stir until well combined.

Pour the marinade into a wide dish. Choose a dish that can hold the salmon side by side.

Place the salmon in the marinade. Turn it several times to ensure all sides are coated.

Cover the salmon and place it in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes, turning once.

Remove the fish from the marinade. Transfer the fish to another dish and discard the remaining liquid.

Cook the salmon. It can be grilled or baked at 200°C for 15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
