  • 230 g warm milk (8.12 oz)
  • 250 g grated mozzarella (8.82 oz)

    Place all ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl. Knead with a hook for 8-10 minutes until the dough is smooth, elastic, and shiny.

    Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-1.5 hours until it visibly increases in volume.

    Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle about 55 × 40 cm.
