💡 Pro Tips
- ✓Brew your espresso at double strength (2:1 coffee to water ratio) and let it cool to room temperature before mixing to prevent curdling the dairy proteins in yogurt.ingredient2:1 coffee ratio
- ✓Whisk protein powder with 1 tablespoon of liquid first to create a slurry, preventing the 20-30% protein clumping that occurs when powder hits liquid directly.technique20-30% clumping reduction
- ✓Refrigerate for minimum 8 hours because oat beta-glucan fibers need this time to fully hydrate and create the creamy gel texture that mimics mascarpone.timing8 hours minimum
- ✓Use Greek yogurt with 15-20% protein content for the topping layer as it maintains structure without separating during overnight storage.ingredient15-20% protein
- ✓Sift cacao powder through a fine mesh strainer to eliminate lumps and create the authentic dusty tiramisu appearance with particles under 100 microns.equipment100 microns
