- 1 cup cottage cheese (I used good culture 2%) (240 ml)
- 1 egg
🫙Pantry Staples(2)
- 1 cup almond flour (not packed) (125 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (2.5 ml)
🧂Spices & Seasonings(2)
- Optional: everything bagel seasoningoptional
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (1.25 ml)

Line baking tray with parchment and spray lightly with nonstick spray.

Blend cottage cheese, egg, and garlic powder. Then fold in almond flour and baking powder.

Divide dough into four equal parts and spread each onto baking tray.

Flatten into a disc about 4-5 inches wide (they will spread a little) and bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes until golden on top.
