👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1

In a blender, add 100g of whole almonds and 100g of oats. Reserve this powder in a bowl.

  2. 2

In the blender, add 100g of whole peanuts and a pinch of salt. Blend until it turns into peanut butter.

  3. 3

Pour three-quarters of the peanut butter into the mixture and reserve the rest for the melted chocolate.

  4. 4

Add a tablespoon of honey, a bit of vanilla, and a few tablespoons of milk to form a dough. If it's too dry, add more milk.

  5. 5

Press the mixture into a mold and flatten it well.

  6. 6

In a bowl, melt 125g of dark chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until smooth.

  7. 7

Add the reserved peanut butter to the melted chocolate, mix well, and pour over the pressed mixture.

  8. 8

Tap to remove air bubbles and smooth it out, then refrigerate for about an hour.

  9. 9

Optionally, sprinkle some fleur de sel on top before cutting into bars.
