- 125g de chocolat noir (4.41 oz)
- 1 cuillère à soupe de miel (15 ml)
- 100g de flocons d'avoine (3.53 oz)
- 100g de beurre de cacahuètes (7 tbsp)
- 20g de beurre de cacahuètes (1.4 tbsp)
- Vanilleoptional

- 1 pincée de sel

- 100g d'amandes entières (ou en poudre) (3.53 oz)

In a blender, add 100g of whole almonds and 100g of oats. Reserve this powder in a bowl.

In the blender, add 100g of whole peanuts and a pinch of salt. Blend until it turns into peanut butter.

Pour three-quarters of the peanut butter into the mixture and reserve the rest for the melted chocolate.

Add a tablespoon of honey, a bit of vanilla, and a few tablespoons of milk to form a dough. If it's too dry, add more milk.

Press the mixture into a mold and flatten it well.

In a bowl, melt 125g of dark chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until smooth.

Add the reserved peanut butter to the melted chocolate, mix well, and pour over the pressed mixture.

Tap to remove air bubbles and smooth it out, then refrigerate for about an hour.

Optionally, sprinkle some fleur de sel on top before cutting into bars.
