- 240g Ceci cotti (8.47 oz)
- q.b. Gocce di Cioccolato (io 50g) (1.76 oz)optional
- 115g Miele (4.06 oz)maple syrup
- 50g Burro d’Arachidi (3.5 tbsp)

- q.b. lievito per dolci, sale, aroma vaniglia
