📝 Ingredients
Serves 4🥬Fresh Produce(3)
- 80 ml de jugo de naranja (fresco) (2.7 fl oz)
- Cáscara de naranja (en juliana)
- 220 ml de agua (7.44 fl oz)
🥛Dairy & Eggs(4)
- 15 g de mantequilla derretida (1.05 tbsp)
- 120 g de mantequilla (8.4 tbsp)
- 1 huevo
- 240ml de leche entera (8.11 fl oz)
🫙Pantry Staples(4)
- 120 g de harina (0.96 cup)
- 1 cucharada de azúcar (granulado, refinado) (15 ml)
- 65 g de azúcar (granulado) (0.33 cup)
- 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla (5 ml)
📦Other(3)
- 20 ml de café (frío) (0.68 fl oz)
- 50 ml de café (1.69 fl oz)
- 3 oz de @licor43mx (85.1 g)
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well with a whisk.
- 2
Pass the mixture through a strainer into another bowl. Allow the mixture to rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Remove the batter from the refrigerator, mix a little before using.
- 3
In a preheated non-stick skillet over medium-low heat, pour a little of the batter. Enough to cover the surface but not too much, as we want to achieve thin crepes.
- 4
Once it starts to bubble at the edges, lift a little; if it looks golden, it's time to flip it. Remove from the skillet and allow to cool. Continue until all the batter is used.
- 5
For the orange sauce, in a stainless steel skillet, place butter, coffee, orange juice, and heat over medium. When it thickens and bubbles, add each crepe one by one.
- 6
Fold twice in half and remove from the skillet. Once all the crepes have gone through the syrup, return them all to the skillet over medium-high heat.
- 7
When the sauce bubbles again, sprinkle a little sugar over the crepes, add orange peel and Licor 43. Flambé.
- 8
Serve immediately, cover with the remaining syrup in the skillet, decorate with dried rose petals, and enjoy!
