- 2-3 sliced garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger (1.25 ml)
🫙Pantry Staples(3)
- 1/2 teaspoon honey (2.5 ml)
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil (45-60 ml)
- sesame oiloptional
🧂Spices & Seasonings(2)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (2.5 ml)
- a pinch of salt and pepper
🍯Sauces & Condiments(2)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (45 ml)
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (5 ml)

- 1 pound of washed and dried green beans (454 g)
- sesame seedsoptional

In a large skillet over medium heat warm 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add in 2-3 sliced garlic cloves and cook until golden. Remove the garlic from the pan and place on a plate lined with a paper towel.

To the garlic infused oil add 1 pound of washed and dried green beans. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss and cook down until they start getting some color.

You can use a paper towel to soak up some of the extra oil.

Next add 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 3 tbs soy sauce, 1 tsp sriracha and 1/2 tsp honey. Stir until all the beans are coated and let cook for about 5 minutes.

Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil, sesame seeds and the garlic chips!
