🍯Sauces & Condiments(3)

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (120 ml)
  • 1–2 tsp sriracha (5 ml)
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce (30 ml)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 2

Whisk together the flour, milk, and spices in a medium bowl until a smooth, pancake-like batter forms.

  3. 3

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, let the excess drip off, then roll it in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.

  4. 4

For air fryer: Place florets in a single layer (do not overcrowd) and spray lightly with oil. Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crisp.

  5. 5

For oven: Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.

  6. 6

While the cauliflower cooks, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl.

  7. 7

Garnish the hot cauliflower with fresh parsley and serve immediately with the dipping sauce on the side.
