  • fresh cilantro & green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon‑lime juice (30 ml)
  • lime wedges

🥩Meat & Seafood(1)

  • 500 g chicken breast, cubed (1.1 lbs)

🫙Pantry Staples(2)

  • 1 cup couscous, cooked (240 ml)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (45 ml)

🧂Spices & Seasonings(2)

  • dried oregano & fresh thyme
  • salt & black pepper

  • red chilli, finely chopped

👨‍🍳 Instructions

    Marinate chicken in 2 tbsp olive oil, lemon‑lime juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt & pepper for 30 min.
