- 120ml boiling hot water (4.06 fl oz)

- 240g flour (I used plain flour as itβs all I had) (1.92 cup)
- 3 tbsp olive oil (45 ml)

- Pinch of salt

Mix the flour and salt in a bowl.

Add the olive oil and boiling water, then mix until it starts to come together.

Knead the dough for a couple of minutes until smooth.

Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.

Slice the dough into 6 portions.

Roll each portion out thinly.

Cook each wrap in a hot, dry pan for about 30-45 seconds on each side, flipping when they start to bubble.
