- 4 garlic cloves
- Handful of spinach or basiloptional

- 3 x chicken breasts
- 100ml of chicken stock (3.38 fl oz)
- 100g cooked chorizo (3.53 oz)
🥛Dairy & Eggs(1)
- 200ml double cream (6.76 fl oz)
🫙Pantry Staples(2)
- 230g of dry orzo (8.12 oz)
- 700ml for pasta (23.7 fl oz)
🧂Spices & Seasonings(1)
- Salt and pepper
🍯Sauces & Condiments(1)
- 2 tbsp red pesto (30 ml)

- Handful of Sundried tomatoes
- Sweet peppers

Cook the chorizo briefly for 1 min.

Add to the slowcooker with chicken, pesto, Sundried tomatoes, garlic, basil, 100ml of stock & salt and pepper.

Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for double that.

Add in 230g of dry orzo, 700ml of stock & the peppers. Cook for a further 50 mins.

Stir in spinach and cream, top with Parmesan as an option.
