- 3 cups of broccoli, chopped (720 ml)
- 3 whole carrots, shredded
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 onion, diced

- 2 cups of chicken stock (480 ml)
🥛Dairy & Eggs(3)
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese (240 ml)
- 2 cups of light cream (480 ml)

- 4 tablespoons of flour (60 ml)
