For the salmon, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and mustard. Coat the salmon with this mixture and place it in the air fryer for about 15 minutes at 360°F.

For the risoni, heat olive oil in a pan with garlic and onion, add sun-dried tomatoes and your favorite pomodoro sauce, 1 cup of water or broth, and then add the risoni. Cook for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
