- 500ml de água filtrada (16.9 fl oz)

- Óleo de coco para untar a forma (ou outro óleo neutro)or another neutral oil
- 100g de açúcar (opcional - se quiser levemente adocicado) (0.5 cup)optional
- 1 colher (chá) de essência de baunilha ou flor de laranjeira (opcional) (5 ml)optionalorange blossom essence

- 20g de gelatina incolor sem sabor (2 envelopes) (0.71 oz)

Hydrate the unflavored gelatin according to the package instructions (usually in 5 tablespoons of cold water).

In a saucepan, heat the water with the sugar until completely dissolved.

Remove from heat and mix in the hydrated and melted gelatin.

Stir well to ensure it is fully dissolved.

Add the essence if desired.

Lightly grease the pan with coconut oil (for easier unmolding).

Pour a thin layer of gelatin into the bottom of the pan and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
