- Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauceoptional
- 2 tbsp minced garlic (30 ml)
- olive oil + salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (for potatoes)optional
- 1 tsp each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning (5 ml)

- 2 tbsp of butter (28 g)
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (240 ml)
🧂Spices & Seasonings(1)
- 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper (2.5 ml)
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1
Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut them up into small cubes. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- 2
Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees F for about 20 minutes, shaking them around at least a couple times while they cook.
- 3
Once the potatoes are about halfway through cooking, cut chicken into cubes. Cook the chicken in a skillet on medium high heat with a little butter. Season the chicken with 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper, 1 tsp each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- 4
Once the chicken is finished cooking, add minced garlic and the Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce. Add just enough sauce to coat the chicken. Next, add the cooked potatoes to the skillet. Stir everything together well and top with some shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 5
Broil in the oven for just a few minutes to melt the cheese or cover with a lid and let this sit on the stove until cheese melts. Top with dried parsley and more Parmesan Garlic sauce if needed.
💡 Pro Tips
- ✓Cut potatoes to uniform 3/4-inch cubes to ensure even cooking - smaller pieces will burn while larger ones stay raw at 400°F in 20 minutes.technique3/4-inch cubes
- ✓Shake air fryer potatoes every 7 minutes (3 times total) to prevent Maillard browning on only one side and achieve 360-degree crispiness.timingEvery 7 minutes
- ✓Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes for optimal browning - this size develops a proper crust in 6-8 minutes while maintaining juicy interiors at 165°F internal temp.technique1-inch cubes
- ✓Add minced garlic only in the final 30 seconds of chicken cooking to prevent burning - garlic burns at 280°F and turns bitter.timing30 seconds
- ✓Broil cheese for 2-3 minutes maximum at 6 inches from heat source - mozzarella melts at 130°F but burns quickly under direct radiant heat.timing2-3 minutes, 6 inches
