💡 Pro Tips

  • Air fry diced potatoes at 400°F for 15-18 minutes, shaking every 6 minutes, because the circulating hot air creates a Maillard reaction at lower oil content than traditional frying.technique400°F, 15-18 minutes
  • Cut chicken breast into uniform 3/4-inch cubes to ensure even cooking in exactly 4 minutes per side, as smaller pieces overcook and larger pieces remain raw in the center.technique3/4-inch cubes
  • Cook chicken to internal temperature of 165°F then immediately remove from heat because carryover cooking will raise temperature another 5-10°F, preventing dryness.timing165°F internal temp
  • Add cheese when the pan temperature drops to 275-300°F so it melts smoothly without breaking into oil and solids from excessive heat.timing275-300°F
  • Use a 2:1 ratio of ranch to BBQ sauce because ranch's acidity (from buttermilk and vinegar) cuts through the bacon fat while BBQ sauce adds complementary sweetness.ingredient2:1 ratio
