  • 40g Breadcrumbs (mixed with a dash of the same seasonings used above & paprika - not all of this was used & each patty picked up 6 - 8g of breadcrumbs) (1.41 oz)

🧂Spices & Seasonings(4)

  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder (10 ml)
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder (2.5 ml)
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder (5 ml)
  • 1 Tsp Salt (5 ml)

🍯Sauces & Condiments(2)

  • 50g Light or Fat Free Mayonnaise (Callowfit) (1.76 oz)
  • 2g Yellow Mustard (0.07 oz)

    In a bowl add chicken mince followed by a tiny bit of pepper then add the seasonings listed.

    Make sure your hands are wet, mix it together and form 4 even patties, then place them on baking paper and in the freezer to let them firm up.

    In a bowl add light mayo, mustard, garlic powder, mix it to create the sauce.

    On a plate add breadcrumbs with paprika and the same seasonings used before, then coat each piece of chicken evenly.

    Spray them with light cooking oil spray then air fry or bake them.

    Grab a toasted brioche bun, add half of the sauce with 2 pieces of chicken and lettuce, repeat for the other McChicken.
