- 2 Tsp Garlic Powder (10 ml)
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder (2.5 ml)
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder (5 ml)
- 1 Tsp Salt (5 ml)

- 50g Light or Fat Free Mayonnaise (Callowfit) (1.76 oz)
- 2g Yellow Mustard (0.07 oz)
