    Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Halve the eggplant/pointed pepper lengthwise. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garam masala. Roast for about 20-25 minutes until soft and golden brown. You can also cut the eggplant (into slices) / pointed pepper (into strips) and fry in a pan.

    Mix the minced meat with grated garlic, (mild) spicy harissa, cottage cheese, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Form into flat patties or balls and fry in some oil until cooked and browned all around.

    For the yogurt sauce, mix 4 tbsp Greek yogurt with some chopped dill, salt, pepper, and lemon juice together and season to taste.
