💡 Pro Tips
- ✓Fry chicken at 325-350°F to ensure the exterior caramelizes without burning the honey when added later, as honey burns at 300°F.technique325-350°F
- ✓Add honey only in the final 2-3 minutes of cooking because its sugars caramelize rapidly and will burn if exposed to high heat too long.timing2-3 minutes
- ✓Use a 2:1 ratio of honey to butter when making the glaze, as this creates proper emulsification while the butter's fat prevents the honey from crystallizing.ingredient2:1 ratio
- ✓Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan for 30-45 seconds until fragrant before adding to the glaze, as this activates their oils and intensifies nutty flavor by 300%.technique30-45 seconds
- ✓Cook peppers and onions to 185°F internal temperature so their cell walls break down and release natural sugars, creating better caramelization with the sweet chilli sauce.technique185°F
