- 1 tbsp melted butter (14 g)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk (120 ml)
🫙Pantry Staples(5)
- 1 tsp baking powder (5 ml)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (60 ml)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup (45 ml)
- 1 and 1/2 cups of oat flour (188 g)
- 1 cup of oats (240 ml)
🧂Spices & Seasonings(2)
- 2 tsp cinnamon (10 ml)
- 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp melted butter, 3 tbsp maple syrup (10 ml)

- 1 cup yoghurt (240 ml)

Preheat oven to 180c.

In a bowl mix together the first 4 ingredients, then add in the remaining ingredients. Mix until just combined.

Pour into a prepared baking tin. Mix together the cinnamon swirl ingredients and drizzle over the cake mixture. Use a knife to make swirls.

Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
